Andrea is a joy to work with and is very dedicated to the work she does. She even stayed up until midnight her time to help me because I'm on the west coast! The Paper Tiger software is so intuitive. I would definitely recommend the professional (versus the basic) edition because most of us have more than 3 locations we can organize. I've even organized my computer program and music CDs. If you can organize it, you can use Paper Tiger and it makes your life so much easier!
